 - Georges Le ChevallierAcclaimed artist Georges Le Chevallier was born in Paris, France, from a French father and Puerto Rican mother. He has lived in France (Paris), Puerto Rico (San Juan), Spain (Madrid) and the USA (Los Angeles, CA, and New York City, NY). Currently he lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he teach at Vance Granville Community College. Georges is a CowParade veteran. He created the original “Tattooed Bovine” for CowParade New York.
